I very much appreciated the customer service. The staff obviously know something about cars and the issues I had with the air conditioning. I'm not just talking about the technical staff, but also the individuals I spoke with on the phone and at the front desk. I was kept informed during the day as to the progress being made. Everything seems to be working as expected.
