I can’t more highly recommend this business. Recently when our Prius needed repair Tony provided my wife a ride home and when it was time to pick up our car, he sent a driver to our house. Their work is always top notch, and they stand behind there work. Good customer service and competent service technicians.

Very professional … from diagnosing the problem…how it is going to be handled. Customer service from shop managers to techs was excellent. Wouldn’t second guess bringing my car/cars back again if had any future issues. We always recommend Pickering in the Arvada area. Best shop ever and starts with shop manager Mike to the techs….great team over there.

This was my first repair with Pickering after being recommended by one of their customers. I used the key drop off and the next morning I received and very prompt and detailed estimate. It was very easy to understand with pricing and easy ok to or decline work. Pickering let me know when it would be finished and I was called promptly when it was ready. I called to pay for it over the phone and since I could not make it before they closed they left the key inside for me so I could pick it up after hours. At this point I would definitely recommend Pickering for auto repairs and I will come back in the future.

We’ve been having ongoing issues with the parking brake on our 2008 Toyota which we purchased from Car Max. We had it looked at a few years ago and Car Max adjusted it, but it was not staying where it needed to be. Amazingly, we had just come from Big-O the day before where the rear breaks were replaced and they didn’t say anything about it. This time Car Max scheduled us to take it to Pickering Auto Westminster near 80th and Sheridan. We took it in Wednesday and they had it done that day. When we went to pick it up, Michael told us that every car has an Achilles heel and if Toyota has one, it’s the rear brakes are too small and their Parking Break gives these issues every couple of years. Michael was extremely honest, friendly, up front, and personable. He only charged us the diagnostic fee. No labor etc was charged to us. We are grateful that Car Max sent us there. This will be our automotive service center of choice moving forward.

Excellent customer service.I heard a noise in left front side . Mechanic checked it out and found a very minor issue. Charged only a very reasonable diagnostic fee. I believe many other mechanics would have noted parts and services that they believed need attention. I will trust this guys in the future with any work I need done.
