I had my car towed to Pickering's and was informed that the engine was dead. Cost to get a new engine was much higher than I wanted to spend. I was told by Pickering that there was no rush and that I could take some time to think about what I wanted to do. It took me about 2 weeks to get a new car and figure out what to do with the dead-engine car. During all of this time, Pickering did not harass me at all about getting my dead car out of their lot. When I had things figured out, I went to Pickering, paid my bill, and they took care of getting the title to the company that was going to haul it away. Even though I only spent $60 with them, they were very nice and accomodating, something I greatly appreciate at a time off relatively high stress.
