In Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engines, highly pressurized fuel is sprayed directly into the hottest part of the combustion chamber, which means more complete combustion, higher performance and no fuel spraying through the intake.
Without a cleansing fuel spray, sticky oil deposits can build up and obstruct critical airflow. When that happens, the only solution is to remove and physically scrub air induction components. The NEW BG GDI Performance Service prevents oil vapors from seeping past piston rings and re-depositing on fuel system components in the combustion chamber and intake port area. Because if you’re not performing BG maintenance on GDI engines, you’re explaining unneeded repairs.
