Pickering's is affiliated with many organizations - most are technical or industry related. However, the following have specific relevance to our customers. The first three provide personal assistance, especially if an irreconcilable dispute arises. (By the way - we've
never had one). The last three provide customer services that often go unrecognized.
         
 
  AAA - Sets high customer satisfaction standards for Pickering's to be an authorized AAA facility. They investigate and arbitrate any dispute between a member and a member business such as Pickering's.  
 
  Tom Martino's troubleshooter.com requires all members to treat customers fairly. They will assist with dispute resolution and drop members that do not handle disputes fairly.

   BBB - Rates repair facilities based upon customer experience - Pickering's has the highest rating. The BBB will help with dispute resolution and drops members that do not resolve differences in an equitable manner.  
 
  Air Care Colorado - publishes a list of shops that repair emission failures by neighborhood. On their website, they provide ratings for each - Pickering's rates 100% in customer satisfaction.  
 
  NAPA - offers a nationwide warranty for customers of NAPA AutoCare Centers (e.g. Pickering's) and a nationwide shop referral service (1-800-LET-NAPA).  
 
  Colorado ASA - is a customer advocate with State and Federal legistlatures and provides a local shop referral service.
